
Under the patronage of Her Highness Princess Alia bint Hussein, President of the Jordanian Equestrian Federation, the Royal Polo Club in Zarqa hosted the Al-Hassan Charity Cup match on Saturday. The event was attended by several royals, supporters, and club members, with participation from several members of the national polo team.
The organization of this charity match was an invitation from the young player, His Highness Prince Hamza bin Mohammed Abbas, as part of his community service program at his school. The proceeds from the match will be donated to the "Himmatna" initiative, to start the renovation of the Al-Ghor Al-Mazra'a Comprehensive Health Center, in addition to supporting relief programs for the people of Gaza through the Jordanian Hashemite Charitable Organization.
The renovation of the Al-Ghor Al-Mazra'a Health Center is part of the "Himmatna" initiative, which aims to develop 25 health centers across the kingdom to improve healthcare services for local communities and enhance the right of all patients to receive appropriate care in a safe environment while preserving their dignity. The initiative also seeks to develop and rehabilitate healthcare centers.
