Believing in the importance of partnerships and enhancing the institutional role of the private sector in community work, Himmetna Charity Association and Al-Khalidi Hospital signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at improving healthcare services and ensuring fair and high-quality healthcare for all patients.
The agreement was signed at Al-Khalidi Hospital in the presence of Dr. Kareem Al-Khalidi, General Manager of Al-Khalidi Hospital, Dr. Fadia Samara, Chairperson of Himmetna Charity Association, and representatives from both parties. This partnership revolves around the establishment and launch of the “Himmetna Health - Al-Khalidi Patient Support Fund”, which aims to cover the treatment costs of underprivileged patients while providing exceptional medical care in a safe and comfortable environment.
The memorandum of understanding also includes strategic cooperation between the two parties, encompassing capacity building, strategy development, and conducting health research and studies. This partnership aims to promote sustainable healthcare models that serve local communities across the Kingdom.
