Engineer Wasfi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Kuban State Technological University (formerly Krasnodar Institute) Russia.
Currently, he is the Owner and General Manager of Al-Awabin Construction Contracting Company. Previously, he worked as an engineer in the Public Security Directorate and the Royal Hashemite Court.
