Eng. Kamal has 30+ years of experience in the area of healthcare, technology, and digital transformation in healthcare, where he started his professional career serving the Jordan Armed Forces - Royal Medial Services. During his military service, he participated in establishing the Institute of Biomedical Technology at King Hussein Medical Center. Also, he participated in developing and establishing various reputable healthcare facilities in Jordan, in addition to being seconded to the Royal Hashemite Court to support various healthcare projects.
Eng. Kamal co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer for Electronic Health Solutions (EHS) between the years 2015-2021, a private, non-profit company that is responsible for the digital transformation of the public health sector in Jordan on a national level through Hakeem program and other supporting initiatives (ELM, Hakeem Academy, HDA).
Mr. Kamal holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA.
